Data processing when visiting our Facebook page
When you visit our Facebook page, Facebook , operated by Facebook Inc.,1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, responsible for data processing within the EU: Facebook Ireland Ltd., Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, processes at least the following data from you: (1) Your IP address, which, according to Facebook, if you come from the EU will be anonymized and deleted after 90 days (2) from which device you visit the site.
If you are logged into Facebook during your visit to our Facebook Page, Facebook will associate that visit and your use of our Page (like, share, comment, message, etc.) with your profile. Because our posts are public, your interactions with our site are also public. This information can be used to tailor content or advertising to you. If you want to avoid this, you should log out of Facebook or deactivate the function "stay logged in", delete the cookies on your device and close and restart your browser. This allows you to use our Facebook page without this being directly assigned to your Facebook account.
Even if you are not logged in but have a Facebook account, Facebook processes the data collected when you visit our site and your activities on our Facebook page to create a so-called shadow profile, which is assigned to your Facebook account the next time you log in from the same device or browser. This happens on all Facebook pages and also when surfing on other pages that have a Facebook plug-in integrated (like button etc.). If you want to prevent this, you should also delete the cookies on your device and close and restart your browser. For all common browsers, extensions are also offered to prevent tracking, especially Facebook tracking.

Facebook also uses the data collected when you visit our Facebook page (insights data) to provide us with statistical information about the activities on our page. This includes, for example, the number of page views, the reach, whether and how often the page or post was "like", shared, recommended, commented on or hidden or reported as spam, whether route planners or phone numbers were used, as well as the gender, age, location and language of our fans.  Our legitimate interest in the use of Insights data within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f) DSGVO is to make our contributions more interesting for you as a user and to better tailor them to you.  Further information can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/information_about_page_insights_data
We are responsible for the use of the data collected on our Facebook page together with Facebook within the meaning of Art 26 DSGVO. For this reason, we have concluded a corresponding page controller addendum with Facebook, which you can view here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum
Facebook uses the data for its own purposes and also passes them on to third parties. We do not know in what form and to what extent or for how long Facebook stores the data; Facebook provides general information about this at https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy. There you will also find information on how to contact Facebook and on the setting options for advertisements. The complete data guidelines as well as a contact option for asserting your rights against Facebook can be found here https://de-de.facebook.com/full_data_use_policy
